Transformation Delivery Services: Project Readiness Stratiformis has developed a unique methodology and tool baseline a project’s state of readiness’ to fulfil the defined brief.
The process can be enabled at any point during the project life cycle, and it is recommended by Stratiformis that a minimum of three reviews are performed as outlined in Figure 1. The readiness’ review uses a balanced scorecard mechanism to assess all areas of the project, ranging from business engagement, to IT delivery, and partnerships or outsourcing or system delivery. As part of the output from the readiness’ review, project interventions maybe identified, in this event Stratiformis will ensure that the appropriate plan of actions are defined, and importantly accountability’s are embraced by individuals, with further readiness’ reviews scheduled to ensure projects are successful, this is outlined in Figure 2. |
